This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Arise: Daily Quest Workout ("Application") for mobile devices. The Application is a gamified RPG fitness tracker designed to help you organize workouts, log progress, and track physical stats locally and optionally sync them with your account backend.

1. Information Collection and Use

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal data you generate. The types of information the Application processes include:

• Fitness and Health Data: The Application logs physical exercise metrics (reps for pushups, sit-ups, squats) and running distances (GPS-derived if location is enabled, or manual entry).
• Body Metrics: The Application processes height and weight to calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI) class within the gamified system.
• Nutrition and Hydration: Daily intake logs for water (ml), calories (kcal), and proteins (g) are kept to assist in leveling stats.
• Account Credentials: If you use the optional Google Sign-In or manual register cloud-sync feature, the Application collects your public profile name, email address, and unique user identifier to link and backup your database progress securely on the server.

2. Data Storage and Control

• Local Storage (Default): By default, all logged workouts, attributes, BMI parameters, inventory, and stats are saved locally on your device in a private SQLite database and secure SharedPreferences.
• Cloud Backup (Optional): If you log in, your local state is uploaded and synced to your secure cloud database account. You can request deletion of your account and related data at any time by contacting our support email.
• Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your fitness, body metrics, or personal health records to third-party ad networks or data brokers.

3. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

We strictly govern how long your personal and fitness data is stored and how you can request its removal:

• Data Retention Period: We retain your workout logs, health metrics, and account profile data for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide you with gamified fitness services and cloud synchronization.
• Local Data Removal: You can instantly delete all locally stored data at any time by clearing the Application's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the Application.
• Cloud Data Deletion: If you created an account and synced data to our cloud servers, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by emailing us at support@arisefitquest.com. Upon receiving your request, we will process and permanently purge your data from our servers within 30 days.

4. Permissions

To provide fitness features, the Application requests the following permissions:

• Internet Access: Required to fetch ads (AdMob) and sync data backups to the cloud backend.
• Activity Recognition: Used to track daily steps via native device sensors.
• Location Access: Used to track outdoor running distance and speed parameters.

5. Advertising (AdMob)

The Application integrates Google AdMob SDK to serve ads. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers and utilize cookies to personalize ads. Users can purchase the Monarch's Awakening (Ad-Free) upgrade to completely opt-out of ad displays and bypass AdMob network calls.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
